Unlinked Accounts are accounts Secureframe is unable to link to an existing user. You can review any unlinked account under the Add Personnel page of Company Onboarding or the Personnel page of Monitoring.
We recommend reviewing the accounts and linking them to their respective user, if they belong to an existing user. You can link the accounts by selecting the three vertical dots on the right and clicking on the Link with User option.
If the unlinked account is a former employee or contractor then we recommend creating the user for that respective account by selecting the three vertical dots on the right.
If the unlinked account is a service account then we'd recommend marking the account as a Non-Employee Account. The Non-Employee Account modal will require a First and Last name along with an email. We'd suggest entering a fictitious first and last name (see example below) to classify as a Non-Employee Account. It will also need an [made up] email address (see example below). After classifying the first Non-Employee Account, you can link all other service accounts to the existing “user" by searching the fictitious name.
